I found Brian and team through Dave Ramsey's ELP program and they were on top of everything from that first phone call through the closing. Being an out of state buyer in a seller's market, I knew I'd need to act quickly and have complete trust in Brian's guidance. He was very open and honest with thoughts on prospective properties regarding location and condition. On my initial visit, we not only spent two days driving around looking at possibilities, but he also worked to give me a better understanding of the layout of the city and what areas would better suit my needs and desires. I never felt like I was just the next 'sale' as we drove over mountains, looked at scenic vistas, saw interesting attractions, and got enough restaurant recommendations to last me months! When I inquired on the property I eventually purchased, Brian immediately had a colleague go to the home and send me a current walk-through video while explaining what she was seeing. Brian (thanks to Cathy who really keeps him in line!) met the inspector at the home and went through the major details with him to make sure I wasn't walking blindly into something I would regret. Even though I could have done the close remotely, I decided to come out for the weekend. Everything was set up ahead of time and the close was seamless.
